Returns
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Tags and packaging are intact
A valid proof of purchase is provided
Note: Customised T-shirts with personal words (e.g. Blessing, Gratitude, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, you may do so within the 7-day return window. Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
