TICKET POLICY
At Evolve Her Society, we are committed to delivering meaningful, well-curated experiences for every woman who attends our events. We also understand that sometimes plans can change. Our ticket policy is designed to be fair while also reflecting the costs involved in organizing these experience.
1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final upon checkout. However, under certain conditions, a partial refund may be granted
2. Partial Refunds For Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the event and notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date, you will be eligible for a 60% refund of the original ticket price.
For e.g.

Ticket Price: R350
-
Refundable Portion (60%): R210
-
Non-Refundable Portion (40%): R140
The non-refundable 40% covers administrative fees, venue bookings, and other non-recoverable event costs.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of the name change at least 96 hours before the event so we can update our guest list.
4. Event Cancellation by Organiser
If the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
5. No - Show Policy
Guests who fail to attend the event without prior notice or request will forfeit their ticket. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
