1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final upon checkout. However, under certain conditions, a partial refund may be granted.
2. Partial Refunds for Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the event and notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date, you will be eligible for a 60% refund of the original ticket price.
The non-refundable 40% covers administrative fees, venue bookings, and other non-recoverable event costs.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event so we can update our guest list.
